The owner, Ignacio, provided a very competitive quote, expedited the permit process, provided tile and color samples and scheduled our installation in a timely manner. He, and his team, were great to work with. The inspector even commented on how impressed she was with quality of the new roof! New Roofs Group has the best workers, they know how to do the roof right without compromising on product or labor! They show up on time, do prompt and meticulous work, clean up nicely afterwards and the workers were always professional, kind and courteous. The whole experience from day one was superior. The roof was done exceptionally well, paid attention to details. Pictures were taken throughout our roof being replaced. Ignacio was terrific to work with. All questions were answered in detail, also very responsive on all calls emails. The team of workers is respectful and very hard-working. The clean-up was done very very thoroughly. Excellent company I truly would recommend them to anyone. We are so very happy and satisfied with our new roof!!
